Description
To provide general administrative support.

  • Responsible for document control including checking document format and official document policy.
  • Assist in document preparation and filing for sales team.
  • Maintain employee profile and uptodate leave records
  • Assist in daily running of office / projects (receiving and delivering documentation and updates/ Data entry and organization of documents)
  • Drafting letters and memos to staff as directed by supervisor.
  • Maintain effective filing of documentation, records, notes, stationary stocks and all correspondence.
  • Assist on packing and labelling when necessary.
  • Assist on HR documents preparation
  • Providing continuous support to the staff and various departments
  • Perform other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirement

  • Have at least 1 year work experience in admin/clerk work
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Independent, well organized, good communication skills.
  • A good team player, selfmotivated, take initiative, positive work attitude and able to work under pressure, able to work with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
RM1, RM2,100.00 per month
