Description
To provide general administrative support.- Responsible for document control including checking document format and official document policy.
- Assist in document preparation and filing for sales team.
- Maintain employee profile and uptodate leave records
- Assist in daily running of office / projects (receiving and delivering documentation and updates/ Data entry and organization of documents)
- Drafting letters and memos to staff as directed by supervisor.
- Maintain effective filing of documentation, records, notes, stationary stocks and all correspondence.
- Assist on packing and labelling when necessary.
- Assist on HR documents preparation
- Providing continuous support to the staff and various departments
- Perform other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time
- Have at least 1 year work experience in admin/clerk work
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
- Independent, well organized, good communication skills.
- A good team player, selfmotivated, take initiative, positive work attitude and able to work under pressure, able to work with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines
Salary:
RM1, RM2,100.00 per month
