Description

As an Property Sales agent, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship building with potential clients.

You will promote our portfolio of rental properties, negotiate rental agreements, and provide personalized assistance to clients to ensure a seamless booking experience.

This role requires a combination of sales expertise, customer service skills, and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients, including travelers, corporate clients, and relocation agencies.
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our rental properties and highlight their features and benefits.
Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and followup.
Negotiate rental terms and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Coordinate with internal teams, including property management and reservations, to fulfill client requests and resolve any issues.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to provide personalized assistance to clients.
Knowledge of accommodation rental market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
