Description

Responsible for all e-commerce and corporate order fulfilment and logistics operations in both MY and SG and other related responsibilities such as inventory, system management and data analysis - in accordance with the company standards.


  • Oversee and manage ecommerce and corporate order fulfillment processes including order administration, dispatch and delivery within agreed SLA for both MY and SG countries;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with system providers, 3PL and last mile partners as point of contact for operational matters to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of all orders;
  • Ensure inventory data integrity and oversee inventory management which includes inbound / outbound operations, return management and packing supplies;
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues related to orders, inventory, logistics and system pre and postdelivery by collaborating with internal stakeholders such as customer service, marketing, sales, digital, finance and supply chain teams.
  • Identify gaps, suggest and implement process improvement initiatives;
  • Participate in meetings, communicate information from relevant stakeholders to the team and execute action plans accordingly;
  • Provide input into strategic decisions that affects functional area of responsibility;
  • Liaise with key departments to implement continuous active improvement on all order, inventory, logistics and systemrelated matters in achieving smooth workflow, and to provide timely replenishment and action planning for all sales promotions / campaigns;
  • Utilize online tools and systems to manage databases and present regular reporting;
  • Establish integrity for work done with complete transparency on processes;
  • Monitor and plan team capacity, performance, KPIs and provide regular feedback to drive improvements;
  • Ensure proper workflows and team safety by enforcing strict SOPs and safety measures;
  • Maintain team wellbeing;
  • Any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain / Logistics. Professional knowledge of fulfillment and logistics practices and processes required.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in similar fulfilment and logistics operations
  • Experience in ecommerce operations
  • Proficient in OMS / WMS systems
  • Team management experience
  • Good and effective communication and interpersonal skills, especially in crossdepartmental communication.
computer softwares such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

  • Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analysing and
interpreting data.

  • Selfmotivated and a team player with the ability to manage
multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
