Description
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions. etc.
- To supervise, monitor and control daily worker works at the project site within the approved schedule.
- To coordinate and monitor subcontractor's activities at project site within the approved schedule.
- To maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices.
- To inspect, control and handle all material delivery, storage and wastage at site.
- Ensure that all works carried out meet company's quality standards and requirements.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma in Construction related field
- 1 year or fresh graduate with excellent academic performance or
- 2 years of working experience in Residential Building involved in Architecture and Structural work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word) and Microsoft Project is a plus
- Driving license and possession of own vehicle is required.
Job Types:

Salary:
RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
