Retail Operations Assistant Manager - Kota Damansara, Malaysia - ROYCE' Malaysia
Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daytoday operations for all outlets.
- Lead store teams to achieve target by developing appropriate training program and sales incentive scheme.
- Formulate, implement and review efficient systems/procedure to improve store productivity.
- Optimize sales productivity by analyzing store performance and planning sales percentage (%) breakdown by staff & store on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Monitor sales to identify areas of improvement and implement action plan on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- At least 13 year(s) of working experience in Retail Industry or any related field is required for this position.
- Retail management, selling, customer service, inventory management, merchandising, staff management & sales performance.
- Organized, confidents, result oriented, and enjoy the challenge of working environment in a competitive and fast paced environment.
- Required language(s):
- English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Salary:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
