Position Title:
Social Media Team Lead
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the client's business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies to achieve maximum ROI.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and incorporate new tools and techniques to maximize social media impact.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all social media platforms.
- Foster a positive online community and manage online reputation.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to the paid ads team for improvement.
- Use analytic tools to measure the success of social media efforts and provide regular reports to management
.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.

- Working Location: Georgetown Penang // Kuala Lumpur

Up to RM9,000.00 per month
