Marketing Manager (Korean Restaurant Chain)

Up to MYR 9,000 / month

Work Hours: Flexible, with an option to work from home one day a week (upon approval). Office hours are either 8:30 am to 5:30 pm or 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Position Summary:

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, engage customers, and drive revenue growth.

This role involves crafting and executing marketing strategies, managing brand identity, overseeing digital marketing efforts, and spearheading marketing campaigns in collaboration with external partners.

Chief Executive Officer
Key Responsibilities:



  • Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and brand values.

Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels.

Campaign Development: Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns targeting specific audiences to drive conversions.

Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform marketing strategies.

Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making adjustments to meet key performance indicators.

Team Leadership: Mentor and lead the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional marketing certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with expertise in digital marketing and brand management, preferably in the food and beverage or retail sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong leadership, analytical, and creative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Korean is advantageous.

Salary:
Up to RM9,000.00 per month
