Executive, Sales Support - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Malaysia Airlines
Description
Reports To:
- Manager, Global Corporate Sales
Role Purpose:
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the sales process, from lead generation to order processing and aftersales support.
- Responsible for managing customer databases, monitoring inventory levels, facilitating customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to the sales team.
Key Accountability:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, and maintaining sales records.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to respond to customer inquiries, provide information on products and services, and facilitate the sales process.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is available to meet customer demand.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from 1st customer touchpoint through to delivery and aftersales support.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and provide insights to the sales team.
- Attend sales meetings and provide recommendations for improvement based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, providing administrative support as required.
Qualifications & Working Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in data.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with sales representatives and other departments to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
