Marketing Manager - Puchong

Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute FUNHUB's marketing strategies. This role will play a key part in strengthening brand presence, driving user acquisition, engaging merchants, and building an active community around the app.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to grow FUNHUB's user base and merchant network.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, app stores, and other online platforms.
• Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, events, and partnerships to increase brand awareness.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Manage FUNHUB's brand positioning, storytelling, and creative direction.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, user growth, and engagement metrics to optimize ROI.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to design promotional campaigns and voucher strategies.
• Build and nurture community engagement through interactive campaigns, influencer marketing, and partnerships.
• Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff or interns where necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in digital marketing and app-based growth strategies.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and community engagement.
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling, branding, and campaign execution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and think strategically.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Passionate about lifestyle, entertainment, and youth culture trends in Malaysia.
