JOB PURPOSE/ROLE/SUMMARY

  • Responsible for planning and implementation of operational projects, programs and improvement plans that has been assigned by the Head of Business Analyst.
  • Provide consultation, recommendation and implementation on IT/Ops related matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To conduct business scoping with the business users and to develop the User
  • Requirements for sign off
  • To review the documented User Requirements with the Business User and to obtain proper signed off by the Business
  • Work with business units and IT to document functional test scenarios, test plans, and enduser acceptance testing criteria
  • Participate projects in accordance to project management principles and methodologies as business analyst roles
  • Develop/Maintain/Upgrade documentation specifics to Business Analyst
  • Ensure personal development for self improvement and build positive working relationships within the team

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Must Have:


  • Business Analyst skill set such as able to document the business requirements, analyzed the requirements, etc min 3 years
  • GI domain knowledge (product development, underwriting, RI, Claims, Finance & regulatory related is added advantage) min 4 years
  • Working experience in Digital projects min 2 years
  • Experienced to work with Technical staff (inclusive of vendors) & Business stakeholders
  • Able to propose solutions or workaround

Nice to have:


  • Data Analysis skill set

Salary:
RM3, RM8,000.00 per month

  • KL Sentral: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Business analysis: 2 years (required)
