Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage planning, operational/ administrative duties of agency activation activities and initiatives i.e. preevent & postevent stage.
Work closely with cross functional including Agency Takaful to ensure activation campaigns and projects are successfully executed.
Facilitate agency activation endtoend awareness & communication, i.e. creating power point slides for events / meetings, drafting communications, and handling enquiries from cross functional team i.e. Agency Takaful & agents.
Produce standard tracking & monitoring monthly reporting in timely and data accurate manner.

Job Specification:

Degree in related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in insurance industry, financial institution, or related field.
Exposure in managing agency's business including agency recruitment/ sales.
Possesses natural agility with affinity to comprehend new situations & processes, with an eye for detail, and able to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
Selfstarter with pleasant personality and serviceoriented work perspective.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
