Description
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integration strategies for newly acquired clinics.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing HR processes, policies, and systems within acquired clinics.
  • Identify synergies and opportunities for standardization to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate communication efforts to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the integration process.
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate change management initiatives to promote a smooth transition.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to meet the needs of various departments and job roles.
  • Utilize a variety of training methodologies, including instructorled training, elearning modules, workshops, and onthejob training.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Support the implementation of performance management systems and processes to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance expectations and goal setting.
  • Assist in conducting performance appraisals and facilitating constructive feedback sessions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Foster positive employee relations and promote a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the healthcare industry and/or during merger integration processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Experience with I-Payroll(HR2000) and HRDF is an advantage.
