Human Resource Executive(HR) - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Careclinics Health Services Sdn Bhd
Description
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integration strategies for newly acquired clinics.- Conduct thorough assessments of existing HR processes, policies, and systems within acquired clinics.
- Identify synergies and opportunities for standardization to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate communication efforts to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the integration process.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate change management initiatives to promote a smooth transition.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
- Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to meet the needs of various departments and job roles.
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies, including instructorled training, elearning modules, workshops, and onthejob training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
- Support the implementation of performance management systems and processes to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance expectations and goal setting.
- Assist in conducting performance appraisals and facilitating constructive feedback sessions.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Foster positive employee relations and promote a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Science or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the healthcare industry and/or during merger integration processes.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in designing and delivering training programs.
- Experience with I-Payroll(HR2000) and HRDF is an advantage.
