As a General Manager, Malaysia, you will: -

  • Work with the CEO to grow existing business revenues to meet Fave Malaysia's overall vision and goals.
  • To own Fave Malaysia's P&L; manage operating costs and ensure EBITDA profitability, business growth and cost management across all business units in SEA
  • Develop new business and product strategies to meet the Fave's short and longterm goals.
  • Collaborate and work with key Commercial, Finance, Product & Operations leaders to drive operations and business initiatives consistent with the overall strategy and goals.
  • Build and manage relationships with both internal and external partners/stakeholders critical to ensure the growth and success of the business
  • Management
; lead, develop and inspire teams here at Fave.


Requirements:

years experience in diversified leadership roles, with a direct experience in driving and managing overall revenue growth

  • Proven track record of delivering key success metrics that drive sustainable revenue and growth.
  • Has had P&L management experience
  • Inspirational leadership style and handson approach
  • Demonstrated leadership success in a highgrowth startup/scale up.
  • Ability to coach, grow and influence others in a highly fastpaced and diverse environment in terms of organisational culture, experience and seniority.
