Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process accounts receivable transactions promptly and accurately.
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries relating to invoices.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with monthend closing activities related to accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth payment processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor/management
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to follow up and resolve payment issues effectively.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, selfdiscipline, and dedicated
- Must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting field
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Able to start work immediately will be added advantage
Pay:
RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
Education:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
Experience:
Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (preferred)
