Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Process accounts receivable transactions promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries relating to invoices.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with monthend closing activities related to accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth payment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all accounts receivable transactions.
  • Perform other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor/management

Job Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow up and resolve payment issues effectively.
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, selfdiscipline, and dedicated
  • Must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting field
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Able to start work immediately will be added advantage

Pay:
RM2, RM3,200.00 per month


Education:


  • STM/STPM (preferred)

Experience:

Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • Mandarin (preferred)
