• Customer Delight:
• Provide exceptional customer service for customer satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Coordinate with stakeholders for timely query resolution.
• Feedback Loop:
• Actively gather and provide feedback to enhance service and product offerings.
• Sales Channel Management:
• Monitor ecommerce activities for a seamless customer journey.
• Order Management and Fulfillment:
• Handle endtoend order management and coordinate with 3PL partners for efficient fulfillment.
• Product Listings and Marketing:
• Support new product listings and marketing campaigns.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels to optimize product availability.
• 3PL Coordination:
• Collaborate with 3PL partners for accurate goods handling.
• Adhoc Projects:
• Undertake projects as required, showcasing adaptability.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operating ecommerce channels (preference given to Amazon, Lazada, Shopee and Shopify)
• Google Analytics and AdWords certifications are advantageous.
• Proven experience working as a digital marketing consultant.
• Sound knowledge of lead generation, digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and SEO best practices.
• The ability to analyze large amounts of data.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in running platform campaigns and marketing tools
• Experience in inventory management
• Good communications skills, can write and read English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
