Position :
Corporate Accountant

Tenure : 1 year contract

Working location:
Penang

Salary :
RM RM 3500

Job responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of accounts consolidation, and compiling group management report.
  • Support maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation, in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Help with work related to internal controls and transactions on financial and accounting matters.
  • Assist/support division in preparing weekly/monthly cash flow statements.
  • Participate in internal and external audit processes as required such as liaising with external auditors, tax agents and/or company secretary. When required/as assigned, support the team for monthend and yearend closing processes.
  • Support projects, corporate exercise and other corporate finance related work as and when assigned by reporting line supervisors.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed, not limited to the above as there may be adhoc tasks from time to time.

Job Requirement

  • Possess Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification eACCA/CIMA/CPA
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of accounting and/or analyst experiences.
  • It is a surplus if you can speak and/or write in Mandarin

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Penang Hill: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
