DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning and managing on website and social media's content.
  • Assist to manage and maintain all e-commerce platform including company website, Facebook and Instagram.
  • To shoot video and produce content as necessary.
  • To set up decorations for events/campaigns held by the hospital.
  • To assist in customer enquiries and feedback and complaint
  • To support hospital's promotion and event planning
  • To build rapports with existing clients.
  • Explore and build business opportunities for corporate and individual clients.
  • Creating and recommending new marketing concepts, technology trends and strategies.
  • Promotes and liase closely with the clients on the wellness packages.
  • Undertake ad-hoc and special project as and when assigned by the Management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all the contacts with clients (individual and corporate).
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with Hospital alliances and Health Tourism.
  • Other relevant task as per requested by the management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership ability and the capacity to drive sales teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong leadership qualities.
  • Required Skill(s): Adobe photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / 3D Design / Video Editing
  • Mature, resultoriented, selfmotivated, and able to work independently.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.

Salary:
From RM2,000.00 per month
