Job Scope
Your job role will be known as Risk Operation Specialist (Fraud).


Responsibilities

  • Fraud Detection and Monitoring
  • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques and fraud detection tools to identify suspicious activities, anomalies, and emerging fraud trends. Regularly monitor transactional data, system logs, and other relevant sources to detect potential fraudulent behaviour.


  • Customer Engagement

  • Provide exceptional support to customers through various channels including live chat, ticket handling, and outbound calls for inquiries related to the antifraud team's processes.
  • Realtime transaction and eKYC review
  • Verify the legitimacy of the registered accounts and orders placed by our customers to detect any signs of potential fraudulent activity.
  • Meticulously review eKYC documents submitted by our users to ensure the authenticity of their identity.


  • Investigative Analysis

  • Conduct indepth investigations into suspected fraudulent activities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal, compliance, and operations teams, to gather evidence, conduct interviews, and build a strong case for fraud prosecution.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Rules tweak, IT, and legal teams, to identify and address fraudrelated issues. Collaborate with external partners, law enforcement agencies, and industry experts to share information and leverage resources for fraud prevention.

Requirements:


  • A fresh graduate with a passion in investigative analysis is encouraged to apply.
  • 12 years working experience in customer service ( rotational shift work )is encouraged to apply.
  • You should be passionate about your job and enjoy a fastpaced working environment.
  • You have an investigative mind and outstanding analytical ability.
  • Strong analytical thinking abilities and a problem solving mindset.
  • Experience of decision systems, including rule/ strategy implementation and testing is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.

  • Able to work in shifts (9:30 am 6:30 pm, 6:00 pm 3:00 am, 1:00 am 10:00 am)
  • Able to work on weekends & Public Holiday.
