About the role:


As a Raw Material Compliance Analyst, you will play a vital role in validating and ensuring our suppliers' compliance with the Raw Material Center of Excellence (RMCOE) requirements.


Key responsibilities:


  • Manage surveillance monitoring of nominated suppliers and collect test reports to verify compliance to agreed raw material buying specification
  • Develop performance improvement programs in areas where supplier is falling short of requirements
  • Track raw material food safety incidences and drive resolutions with supplier
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities to strengthen capabilities and process improvements
  • Develops and implements one way of working globally through creation of SOPs & change control per approved business process
  • Maintain appropriate technology enabled tools for reporting
  • Support in annual review of microbiological parameters in raw material buying specifications
  • Support Raw Material CoE function with data analysis as part of supplier performance
  • Contributes to horizon scanning of emerging food regulations, food safety, food fraud and provide recommendations to the organisation
  • Supporting supplier food safety audits and guide supplier to close the gaps, as needed

Qualifications and skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Food Sciences, Microbiology or related field
  • 13 years experience in quality, food microbiology or raw material management
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and complaint resolution skills
  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams at multi levels within the organization
  • Able to negotiate with suppliers and stakeholders to come to mutual agreements
  • With a continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of verbal and written English
