Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their requirements and promote our range of used and fabricated shipping containers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Order Processing:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products by coordinating closely with logistics operations.

Communication:

  • Keep customers informed about order status, delivery times, and any relevant updates.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

Inventory Management:

  • Work closely with the inventory team to manage stock levels and ensure products are available for sale.
  • Optimize stock levels for efficient indoor sales operations.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in salesrelated tasks, including preparing quotes, invoices, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in indoor sales or sales coordination.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative problemsolving skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with sales and inventory management software.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of the shipping container industry or related fields is advantageous.

Team Collaboration:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
