    Key Responsibilities

    1. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to understand complaints and conditions, providing expert consultation and tailored treatment.
    2. Ensure treatments aim to alleviate pain, reduce discomfort, and meet patient goals and expectations.
    3. Manage physiotherapy services and schedules to maximize patient satisfaction and adapt to changing needs.
    4. Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on patient responses and evolving conditions.
    5. Clearly address patient concerns and maintain accurate records to prevent misunderstandings.
    6. Prioritize daily tasks to balance patient demands and accommodate changes in schedules.
    7. Participate in company-organized events and initiatives.
    8. Complete assigned tasks and projects aligned with organizational objectives.

    Senior Physiotherapist Key Responsibilities

    1. Lead comprehensive assessments of complex or chronic cases to develop bespoke treatment plans.
    2. Mentor and support junior physiotherapists to enhance their skills and professional growth, promoting a culture of excellence.
    3. Oversee treatment outcomes to ensure alignment with patient goals, care standards, and organizational quality benchmarks.
    4. Collaborate with management to drive service improvements and introduce innovative practices that advance the field of physiotherapy.
    5. Provide leadership for critical cases, including on-site visits, house calls, or specialized programs.
    6. Address escalated patient concerns professionally and promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    7. Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to the development of best practices and protocols.
    8. Represent the organization at community and professional events to promote expertise and build strong relationships.
    9. Assist in planning team schedules to optimize workloads and improve productivity.
    10. Participate in strategic decision-making related to resources and service improvements, driving business growth and success.

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
    • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule, adapting to changing patient needs and organizational requirements.
