Purpose of the Role


Join one of Malaysia' most exciting and forward-thinking agtech companies, where you will have a key role in the brand and marketing team, reporting directly to the Product & Marketing Manager.


You will be responsible for driving the design & creative content across the business and its growing portfolio of product brands, aimed at both trade and retail.

This vital role will require stewarding the multiple brand identities, as well as using creative and content to support the sales team.

With significant growth potential, the role will also cover appointing and managing external agencies and building the internal capabilities.

With new to market products, we view creative function as a key lever to maximize awareness of all products with key audiences, online and offline.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the
    visual design and content function within the marketing team, to ensure marketing materials are audiencedriven, and communicate key messages effectively.
  • Effectively
    take ownership of the parent and product brands and ensure they are executed consistently.
  • Lead the delivery of effective, quality and onbrand copy, to raise brand recognition, attract new consumers and retain existing ones.

Develop creative ideas to further efforts in sales and marketing across the business.

  • Form
    content strategies to drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

Key Activities

  • Manage all product and parent brand visual identities.

Writing and supplying marketing tools to promote the company's products and services.

  • Generate creative ideas and concepts for visual and written content as well as sales channels.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on creative trends and incorporate relevant insights into content creation and team shares.

Requirements & Person Specifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field must have graphic design background.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a
    Graphic Designer / Creative role and
    content management.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

Strong copywriting skills, including the ability to craft compelling and engaging content across various platforms.

Proficiency in using key design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma etc.) and social media platforms. Video editing skills are a bonus.

  • Good verbal and writing communication skills to create audio, video, or creative content.
  • Able to engage with our various audiences and curious to deliver product's knowledge.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Reporting Lines & Supervision

  • You will report to the Product and Marketing Manager and have a matrix direct reporting line to the Co-CEO.

Pay:
RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
