Job brief
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Fiskor digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase online sales.
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join us, a leading ecommerce player in the snack industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Digital Campaign Management:
- Develop and manage content for digital platforms to enhance brand presence.
2.
SEO and SEM:
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve online visibility.
- Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
- Monitor campaign performance, analysis end result and provide optimization recommendations.
5.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including content creators, designers, and product managers, to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
6. Stay Updated and on-trend:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Implement innovative and cuttingedge digital marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, all ecommerce platforms, and online sales strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead in the digital landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Passion for storytelling, creativity, and continuous learning in the field of content marketing.
- Willing to travel and based in Kapar area.
Salary:
RM3, RM3,600.00 per month
