Join us as a dynamic and forward-thinking Quality Manager, where you'll be at the forefront of ensuring product excellence and food safety


Quality is at the heart of everything we do, and as our Quality Manager, you'll build strong networks with experts inside and outside the plant, including Food Safety, Research & Development, and Marketing & Sales Units.

Collaborating with external business partners and local authorities, you'll help us maintain, deploy, and upgrade our cutting-edge Quality Management System (QMS) to meet and exceed our company's high standards.

Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of all our products.

From implementing Hazard Analytic Critical Control Points (HACCP) to adhering to Local Food Regulatory requirements, you'll leave no stone unturned.

You'll be the go-to person for aligning with Central Quality and the Plant Manager to manage quality incidents, and you'll represent the plant within the Marketing & Sales Units (MSU) Issue and Crisis team.


At the forefront of change, you'll consult with global Conversion Quality contacts and Quality Pillar leads to influence company standards and support the development of global Quality guidelines.

As a leader, you'll inspire and coach our team to deliver exceptional results.

Our Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) will be in your capable hands as you lead the Quality Pillar and set an example for others to follow.

Together, we'll build an excellent and effective team, fostering a culture of engagement and continuous growth.

Our dedication to excellence extends to every aspect of our operations. You'll manage plant vendor Quality processes, ensuring defects are promptly addressed, and costs are tracked.

Conducting a variety of Quality tests, you'll assess materials, processes, and finished products, guaranteeing adherence to Quality Guidelines, ISO Standards, and HACCP systems.


Continuous improvement is in our DNA, and you'll verify the compliance and effectiveness of our systems through internal audits and process capability reviews.

Embracing measurement systems and benchmarking, you'll deploy innovative processes to drive performance and ensure our products remain world-class.

Your impact will stretch beyond our plant's walls.

As an active participant in global monthly Quality review meetings, you'll help shape the future of Quality for our entire organization.

Furthermore, you'll lead the food safety team, being the primary contact for all internal and external food safety communications.

Qualifications:

To excel in the role of Quality Manager, you should possess the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a relevant field. Your educational background will form the foundation of your expertise in ensuring top-notch quality and food safety.
  • Experience: You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment. Your handson experience will be crucial in navigating the complexities of production processes and quality control.
  • Standards and Practices: Demonstrated knowledge of quality and food safety standards and practices, including ISO/FSSC 22000, IFS, HACCP, and GMP. Your familiarity with these industry standards will drive excellence in our operations.
  • Languages: Fluent proficiency in the local language is essential, while intermediate proficiency in English will enable seamless communication within our global context.
