Housekeeping

To ensure working area and in between dipping machines and post process machine(dryer and chlorintor) and area are clean and well kept.
Prevent spillage of latex / water / oil / chemicals by taking necessary precautionary measure.
To perform based on machine cleaning checklist.

Maintenance of Machine
To ensure machine equipments are properly maintained.

To highlight to Superior of any preventive maintenance or cleaning.
To highlight any machine abnormalities so that immediate preventive action can be taken to prevent any major breakdown.
Ensure dipping machine sheet is well updated and recorded during his shift.
Ensure measure machine temperature every one hour.
To ensure the chlorinator and dryer operate as per SOP spec.

Volume

To control production activities so that set volume from each machine is achieved on a shift basis. To keep WIP to a minimum. (To comply with ISO 9000, GMP and Safety requirement).
To provide accurate imbalance and temporary bulk figure to production planner.
To ensure the machine is dipping with minimum production, quality and engineering downtime.
To provide direction, planning, control post process targeted process and output on shift basis.
To assist Superior for end run clearance.
To plan and minimise the excess production of gloves.

Cost
To control activities so that the operating cost is kept at a minimum i.e. process chemical, latex, stripping and gloves defects, overtime and former breakage.

Labour

Conduct periodic training of employees so that they are fully conversant with their respective duties and responsibilities. They should be capable of doing a number of functions.
Handle discipline and grievance in a manner aimed at creating a conducive working environment.

Reporting

To inform superior of any major problem (e.g. prolonged downtime, quality, industrial unrest, chlorine leak) work progress and related matters. To be involved in KPIs projects.
Any other job responsibilities assigned from time to time. To be present at work area at all times other than break times.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
