Program Coverage:

  • Participating and leading Supply Chain activities, projects and processes for the assigned position.
  • Developing analytical skills for root cause identification, driving efficiencies, adopting data-driven recommendation, and defining and deploying action plan.
  • Collaborating with other functional area eg Operations, Finance, Sales, IT, Safety and Quality.
  • Building technical skills in Supply Chain and PCB industry, and soft skills for professional development.
  • Opportunity in rotation across GSCM, including Analytics, Operational Excellence, Logistics, Procurement and Category Management, for an all-rounded skills.

Qualification and Requirement:

  • Graduate or postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement or related discipline.
  • Entry work level experience (up to 2 years) and/or an internship in relevant areas.
  • Strong enthusiasm, teamwork, perseverance, versatility and fast learner.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Malay and Chinese (Mandarin).
