Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

What are you accountable for?

Investigating and resolving reconciling items by working with ISD, S&S, Banks and other stakeholders to resolve collection and system issues.

Daily/

Monthly Reconciliation:
Performing daily reconciliation between customers collection records and bank-in collections and escalate any non-receipt of bank-in immediately.

Investigation & closure of reconciling items: Investigating and resolving reconciling items by working with ISD, S&S, Banks and other stakeholders to resolve collection and system issues. ]All reconciling items are to be investigated and resolved within given SLA time frame.
Automating Processes: Developing solutions to automate business processes.
Monitoring & Control: Monitoring and analysing collections trends

What do you need to have for this role?

Bachelor's Degree (or higher) d in: Accounting / IT / Computer Science
12 years' experience in Machine Learning, Accounting or related field
Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
Ability to write robust code in SQL, Python, Java and R
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team.
