Position Overview:

Are you a meticulous individual with a knack for numbers and a passion for ensuring financial accuracy? We're on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team.

This role offers the opportunity to manage the accounts receivable process with precision, ensuring timely collections and fostering positive relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage the accounts receivable process from invoicing to collection, maintaining accuracy and timeliness throughout.
Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and promptly.
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are properly recorded.
Follow up on overdue accounts and collaborate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
Communicate with customers via various channels to facilitate timely payments and address billing inquiries.
Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
Maintain detailed records of customer transactions, interactions, and payment histories.
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging analysis, and cash flow projections.
Assist with monthend and yearend closing processes related to accounts receivable.
Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices related to accounts receivable management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial roles.
Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices, particularly in accounts receivable management.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues of all levels.
Able to converse and comprehend in Mandarin

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
