A Leading Listed Property Development & Construction Group (Kuala Lumpur)


The role leads an HR team with about 10 staff and is responsible for the HR function of the Building Material Division of the Group with about 1,000 staff, 20+ warehouses/distribution sites and 10+ manufacturing plants across Peninsular Malaysia.


Required:

A strong generalist HR leader from the Manufacturing industry with good experience in Organization Development, Performance Management or Talent Management.


Salary:
From RM18,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Organization Development: 10 years (preferred)
- strong generalist HR leader: 10 years (preferred)

  • Manufacturing industry: 10 years (preferred)
