Brief Job Summary


Performance Marketing Specialists is responsible for creating and implementing electronic communication campaigns, and management of the accounts on the internet platforms.

Help businesses with planning, executing, and managing online marketing campaigns to effectively engage and keep customers.

They measure the success of these campaigns to develop brand strategies that reduce lead costs and increase return on investment (ROI).

1.
Campaign Strategy and Planning

  • Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, Programmatic, and other platforms.
2.
Campaign Setup and Management

  • Utilize advertising platforms to set up and manage campaigns effectively.
  • Implement tracking and analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
3.
Performance Analysis and Optimization

  • Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve overall efficiency.
  • A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding tactics to drive continuous improvement.
4.
Budget Management

  • Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure costeffectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
  • Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on performance insights.
5.
Collaboration and Reporting

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements:


  • Proven
    experience (23 years) in setting up and managing digital advertising campaigns

  • Proficient in
    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Up to date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detailoriented with a resultsdriven mindset.
