Responsibilities :

Hands on preventive and predictive maintenance, repair works and fabrication work on all rotating equipment (centrifugal pump, non seal pump, lobe pump, dry vacuum pump, compressor etc), lathe machine, static equipment (torque tightening with gap measurement, vessel, column, reactors, heat exchangers etc), piping and fittings, machinery and facilities.

Trouble-shoot mechanical problems and rectification. Ensure safety operation of all machinery's and equipment. Upkeep and maintain plant machineries to ensure they are in good running condition.

Requirements:

Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. At least 25 years of working experience in the related field Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of plant machineries and equipment Knowledge in welding, handling chiller and heat exchangers operation will be an added advantage.
