• Product owner in agile development forums (daily scrums, iteration planning and reviews)
• Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to produce instrumentation requirements to generate insightful measurements on new and existing products
• Must have solid technical management experience excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Develop sales collateral to enable field teams to be more effective (including presentations, tailored proposals, scripts)
• Create marketing collateral including case studies, one sheet, whitepapers, FAQs, feature benefit sheets, the company website collateral
• Own product launches endtoend working closely with global marketing teams and product management to ensure a successful release
• Identify opportunities, build product vision and understand market needs, roadmap and strategy
• Analyze growth rate, SAM, TAM, SWOT, market penetration and competitive analysis for the products
• Research user needs, write user stories, partner with user experience team for rapid prototyping, and work with engineering department to develop marketable products
• Work with technology team to produce worldclass products driven by technology visionaries, domain experts, and customers
• Maintain changes in tactics and marketing strategy, take cognizance of competitive activities and general trends that could affect sales of products
• Optimize and manage market share, longterm competitiveness cum ROI of the product line

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in software product management
• Pragmatic Marketing certified is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills
• Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager is a plus
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
• Proficiency in project management software tools
• Possess good negotiation & communication skill
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to present products at a professional level
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Expertise in product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge
