    Role Overview

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to collaborate with dynamic international teams and support various business functions.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, test scenarios, and system documentation.
    • Develop and document functional and business requirements for IT projects, including applications written in Java, Angular, and COBOL.
    • Provide analysis support to departments in their daily operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
    • Analyze and propose improvements to business processes within the finance domain.
    • Contribute to project timelines, budgets, and planning documents.
    • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and industry regulatory requirements.

    Work Experience:

    Experienced: 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Developer

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology and/or Finance/Banking.
    • Professional certifications are an advantage (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMP).

    Required Technical Skills:

    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT development within banking or financial services.
    • Knowledge of project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
    • Working experience with technologies such as Java, COBOL, and Angular.
    • Knowledge of SQL.
    • Experience using tools such as Jira, test management tools, or any test repository (e.g., Squash).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

    Candidates must be available to attend face-to-face interviews at our client site in Putrajaya.
