Job Description:


  • As the CEO / General Manager of their Kuala Lumpur office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational excellence of their company in the region.
  • You will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and establishing their brand presence in Malaysia and neighbouring markets.
  • They're looking for a visionary leader who can inspire and empower their team to achieve new heights of success in the gaming industry.

Strategic Leadership:


  • Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategic roadmap for their operations in Kuala Lumpur, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead the formulation and execution of business strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency.

Team Building and Management:


  • Build and lead a highperforming team in Kuala Lumpur, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, empowering them to excel in their roles and achieve professional growth.

Market Expansion and Business Development:

  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand their presence and market share in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding regions.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with local game developers, publishers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance our market position.

Brand Building and Marketing:


  • Develop and execute marketing and branding initiatives to enhance their visibility and reputation in the Malaysian gaming market.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to localize marketing strategies and campaigns to resonate with the preferences and cultural nuances of the target audience.

Operational Excellence:


  • Oversee all aspects of office operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and processes to optimize workflows, streamline operations, and maximize productivity.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in the gaming, technology, or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, decisionmaking, and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving results.

Remuneration packages:

Basic:
RM20K or more, depending on experience.

EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Benefit:
Performance based bonus.
Working Days: 5 days' work week


Salary:
RM15, RM20,000.00 per month
