Your Role:

Recruitment support
-
Assisting with job postings on various platforms.

  • Coordinating interviews and assessments.

Training and Development

  • Induction & Onboarding such as Coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Assist coordinating training sessions and workshops.
  • Managing training schedules and registrations.
  • Tracking employee training completion and certifications
  • Assist in Annual TNA Assessment.
  • Assist in HRD Grant, Claims and related matters.

Payroll Support

  • Assisting with payroll processing tasks.
  • Verifying timesheets and attendance records.
  • Assisting with setting up new employees in HR systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with onboarding procedures and legal requirements.
  • Addressing payroll inquiries from employees.
  • Entering and updating employee data in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System).
  • Generating reports as needed.

Employee Records Management:


  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate employee records.
  • Organizing and filing employee documents, both physical and electronic.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Employee Welfares

  • Assisting employees with benefit enrolment processes.
  • Responding to inquiries related to benefits packages.
  • Collaborating with benefit providers to resolve issues such as insurance or medical matters.
  • Assist in Uniform & Tools distribution.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:


  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Providing support during internal and external audits.

General Administrative Support:


  • Assisting HR team with various administrative tasks.
  • Assisting scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Managing HR department supplies and inventory.
  • Receptionist duty when needed.

Requirements:


  • Diploma in Human Resource or related.
  • Min 1 years in related field.
  • Knowledge on Admin & Human Resources Works.
  • Proactive attitude to learning.
