Resolving Customer Issues:

Actively working to understand customer concerns, complaints, or problems and taking appropriate actions to resolve them effectively and efficiently.


Product/Service Knowledge:

Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and address customer questions effectively.

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
RM1, RM3,500.00 per month
