Financial Planning and Budgeting:
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
2.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and industry regulations.
3.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Evaluate financial feasibility of projects, investments, and business strategies.
4.
Cost Management:
- Manage and control operating costs by analyzing expenditures and identifying costsaving opportunities.
- Implement strategies to optimize resource utilization while maintaining quality standards.
5.
Cash Flow Management:
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, ensuring adequate liquidity for daily operations and upcoming financial obligations.
- Monitor cash position and coordinate fund transfers as necessary.
6.
Accounts Receivable and Payable:
- Supervise accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and payments to vendors.
7.
Financial Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
8.
Financial Systems and Controls:
- Implement and maintain robust financial systems and controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
- Review internal controls and recommend enhancements as needed.
9.
Financial Forecasting:
- Provide financial projections and scenario analyses to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Assist in longterm financial planning and capital budgeting.
Salary:
RM5, RM6,500.00 per month

Experience:
