Job Summary:

To collect, research, investigate and evaluate user requirements.

To design of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool, and to communicate clearly the design to stakeholders and developers is to the ultimate success of the design.

Responsibilities:

UX planning, from technology specification to design process, following industry best practices and personal experience.
Define personas, scenarios, and user journeys; build user journey storyboards.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and other types of user research.
Conduct heuristic and quantitative analysis of existing products and conceptual designs to drive iteration.
Design information architectures and product navigation.
Design user interfaces with wireframe drawings.
Construct interactive prototypes of UI designs.
Design and present UX training.
Maintain leading industry knowledge on UX, both of technology and design methods.
Any additional/adhoc task as assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications:

At least 1 to 3 years of professional experience in UX.
Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation abilities.
Able to work in a small tightknit group and collaborate effectively with developers, clients and other stakeholders.
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.

Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
