Are you ready to revolutionize financial processes for a powerhouse global conglomerate?

We're on the lookout for a savvy Assistant Manager for our Order to Cash (OTC) team, who will be at the forefront of optimizing our financial operations while ensuring top-tier controllership

Responsibilities:

Spearhead the optimization of monthend, yearend, and statutory reporting processes, enhancing quality and accelerating the closing process.
Provide comprehensive financial planning and analysis support to our emerging brands, assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and adhoc activities.
Document and align current processes with the global Shared Services Center (SSC) model and calendar.
Foster crossteam comprehension of new accounting standards, imparting technical knowledge to elevate the capabilities of the team.
Assist in the rollout of internal controls framework (COSO) policies and processes, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Actively participate in adhoc assignments, process improvement initiatives, and transformation projects.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in finance and accounting roles, with a strong knowledge in endtoend OTC processes.
Previous experience in major transformational projects involving financial systems and processes is a plus.
Proficiency in SAP/Blackline is highly desirable.
Exposure to APAC markets and a background in Retail & Ecommerce are added points.

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines.
