Get to know the role:

  • Guide our drivers and passengers in using our products
  • Manage service enquiries and disputes arising from our drivers and passengers
Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with drivers and passengers


The day-to-day activities:

  • Being responsible of communicating new information, new rules, and any updates to all Customer Experience Team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations for each employee
  • Being available to assist team members with any customer issues
  • Providing regular and transparent feedback in improving the performance of the team

The must haves:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed
  • Fluent in English & Malay both oral and written
  • Experience in Excel and Microsoft
  • Diploma or equivalent

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
