Get to know the role:
- Guide our drivers and passengers in using our products
- Manage service enquiries and disputes arising from our drivers and passengers
The day-to-day activities:
- Being responsible of communicating new information, new rules, and any updates to all Customer Experience Team members
- Conduct performance evaluations for each employee
- Being available to assist team members with any customer issues
- Providing regular and transparent feedback in improving the performance of the team
The must haves:
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed
- Fluent in English & Malay both oral and written
- Experience in Excel and Microsoft
- Diploma or equivalent
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
