Job Description:
- Handle full set of accounts and perform month end closing.
- Monitor and manages endtoend financial processes, includes collections, payments, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Ensure all accounting records are properly recorded and reconciled time to time.
- Review the integrity and accuracy of all accounting entries in accounting system.
- Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policies.
- Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems.
- Responsible to prepare any financial or management report or analysis when request, to support management performance and decisionmaking (i.e. financial planning and analysis, control, data analysis, etc.)
- Assist in the communication, coordination and liaison with all parties, such as relevant authorities, auditors, tax agents and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a team leader, to plan, delegate and review team member's work.
- Any adhoc reporting or other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literate and good with Microsoft Excel, Words, Power Point and any accounting software.
- Willing to work in Permas Jaya, Johor
- Possess excellent spoken and written Mandarin and English.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a challenging fast paced environment.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, meticulous, selfdiscipline and dedicate to work.
- Strong team player spirit.
Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
