Skill & experience requirement:


  • Basic knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • No experience requires.

Job responsibilities:


  • Responsible to handle goods delivered from Vendors.
  • To daily update receiving into ERP system and submit documents to Finance team.
  • To ensure keep track incoming/ outgoing of loan, repair, modify and reject parts.
  • To monitor stock movement and keep record of stock items.
  • To conduct physical inventory check of store.
  • To support Purchaser in daily operation to perform data entry and update the delivery status for supplier POs.
  • Source & purchase on Direct & Indirect Materials.
  • Price negotiation & cost down.
  • PO release per MRP report on daily basis.
  • Responsible for material analysis, buying, expediting and inventory control.
  • Ensure the suppliers delivery the parts based on the required date & delivery schedule.
  • Work with internal departments to review materials requirement and delivery lead time to meet customers' need.

Salary:
RM1,000.00 per month
