Oversee day-to-day catering operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to high quality standards.- Prepare the catering plan according to Weekly Event Status and Event Orders and ensuring the action plan in order.
- Maintain a customerfocused approach, ensuring all the customers have an exceptional catering experience.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service to maintain the company's reputation for excellence.
- Manage catering inventory, including ordering supplies, controlling food costs, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with Halal, Health and Safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean catering environment.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, optimise revenue, and control expenses.
- Address operational challenges and customers' complaints promptly and effectively.
- Foster a positive work environment, provide training and development opportunities for staff and encourage teamwork.
Job reequirement:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in outside catering management, with a track record of successful operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Provide resume with photo and relevant experience.
Pay:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
