Description
Oversee day-to-day catering operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to high quality standards.

  • Prepare the catering plan according to Weekly Event Status and Event Orders and ensuring the action plan in order.
  • Maintain a customerfocused approach, ensuring all the customers have an exceptional catering experience.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service to maintain the company's reputation for excellence.
  • Manage catering inventory, including ordering supplies, controlling food costs, and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with Halal, Health and Safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean catering environment.
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets, optimise revenue, and control expenses.
  • Address operational challenges and customers' complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Foster a positive work environment, provide training and development opportunities for staff and encourage teamwork.

Job reequirement:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in outside catering management, with a track record of successful operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Provide resume with photo and relevant experience.

Pay:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
