Description

Job Description:

  • Data entry, office administrative work, secretarial task, backend support, and coordinate with accounts department etc.
  • Preparing daily operational tasks, billing, payments and transactional processing, petty cash processing, bank & creditors reconciliation
  • Ensuring documents and records are stored and can be retrieved in a timely manner
  • To assist in any ad hoc reporting and job assigned as and when required.

Requirements:


  • Applicant must possess at least SPM and above
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office including Word & Excel
  • Familiar with accounting software/able to learn fast on how to use accounting software
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Bukit Tengah, Bukit Mertajam
  • 5 days of work per week

Job Type:
Temporary

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
RM1, RM1,999.00 per month
