    Job Title

    Warehouse and Distribution Coordinator

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Warehouse and Distribution Coordinator to join our team at Gamuda Land. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising the storage and distribution of GIBS products, ensuring timely delivery to clients while maintaining high quality standards and optimised costs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs using IT systems.
    • Evaluate performance and quality, planning improvements using data from IT systems.
    • Allocate staff resources according to changing needs and manage teams effectively.
    • Liaise with clients and suppliers to negotiate agreements and ensure smooth operations.
    • Plan and control storage and delivery operations at factories and sites.
    • Optimise vehicle routes for efficient transportation.
    • Implement safety procedures and approve Standard Work Instructions.
    • Motivate team members and promote a positive work environment.
    • Adhere to quality, safety, health and environmental regulations as required by the company.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will require:

    • A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, Transport or Logistics.

    Preferred Qualifications

    At least 5 years of related working experience in construction or manufacturing is preferred.
