Description
To prepare kitchen mis-en-place for day to day kitchen operation. Position Available for Pastry, Garde Manger & Japanese cuisine.

To report to work area promptly according to duty rooster, in full clean uniform and ensure that personal hygiene are to standards.

To pick up store items that has been requested. To ensure that all perishable items are properly stored at the end of each working shift. To obtain and arrange supplies of food products. To assist any cook to prepare all basic food preparation. To check and assist Commis 2 and Commis 3 that MEP has been done everyday.

Assist Commis 2 and Commis 3 in setting up the buffet line Preparation of any other raw food items required for cooking.

To carry dirty or soiled plates and pots after cooking to stewarding. To ensure breakfast and coffee break items have been prepared. To keep clean and store equipment and utensils in kitchen at all times. Performs other related duties as required.
Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
