Job Title:
Events Marketing Specialist


Responsibilities:

Campaign Development and Execution**:
Utilize Marketo, Cvent, and Adobe Experience to create, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns for events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand event goals and translate them into effective and measurable strategies.
Configure various workflow steps, triggers, personalization, scheduled actions, and other campaign-related settings.


Segmentation and Personalization:

Implement advanced segmentation techniques to target specific audience segments and personalize communication for enhanced engagement.
Employ dynamic content strategies to tailor messaging based on audience behavior and preferences.


Data Management and Analysis:

Manage and maintain data integrity within marketing technology platforms.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance future campaigns.


Technology Integration:

Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing technology and automation.
Integrate and optimize marketing automation processes with other tools and platforms as needed.


Collaboration and Training:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate them into automation processes.
Provide training and support to team members on best practices for utilizing marketing automation tools effectively.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field and with Marketo certification preferred.
Proven - 5 years' experience in building and managing marketing campaigns, particularly with Marketo, Cvent, and Adobe Experience.

Understanding and compliance with regional data privacy and opt-in legislation, such as 'Do Not' Registers (DNCR, DNMR, and related) across APAC markets.

Strong understanding of lead management, segmentation, and data-driven marketing.
Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and generating meaningful reports.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a passion for staying current with industry trends and technologies.
