This position is a critical role in Intel Assembly/Test Planning (ATP) Organization within the Customer Fulfillment Planning and Logistics (CPLG) Organization.

The ATP organization employs over 120 employees and is responsible for supply chain activities across various stages of Assembly/Test to deliver on-time supply to our customers and meet revenue commitments.

The Assembly/Test Planning Transformation Lead will provide thought leadership and help drive transformation in support of Intel strategy to develop OSAT capabilities.

You will bring in Industry Best in Class Supply Chain practices from OSAT's defining requirements for our future state capabilities and implementation of a multi-year capability (people, process, and tools) roadmap.

This is a trusted leadership position that is integral in setting and implementing capability in support of Intel's OSAT strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

Serve as a visionary for the organization bringing in outside-in perspective for Industry Best-In-Class OSAT practices and market intelligence for supply and demand (forecast to stock), order management (order to cash), customer engagement (opportunity to order)
Knowledge of advanced problemsolving, business process mapping, documenting requirements, and key design decisions
Compare Intel's capabilities with Best-InClass capabilities (people, process, and tools) defining a multiyear prioritized capability roadmap driving our transformational needs to become a leader in the OSAT market
Shape the direction and formulate approaches including organization key objectives to address critical supply challenges and turn capability roadmap into action
Work with external consultants, internal partners, and senior leaders being a strong influential voice on the rational for the capabilities needed. Maintain an internal mapping of strategic initiatives and their scope. Identify the critical connection/integration points between initiatives and define the link/impact to Intel capability roadmap, helping our operational people grow their overall supply chain and OSAT acumen.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Preferably 10+ years direct work experience at an OSAT in supply chain, demand planning, business units, and/or finance
Preferably history of leading strategic transformations in ERP (Equipment Requirements Planning)/Systems (SAP, Blue Yonder, etc.) for Order Management
Experience in customer engagement, capacity utilization, and OSAT industry best practices for capabilities (people, business unit processes, financial tradeoffs, and tools)

Education:

Preferably a graduate degree and related study in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, System Engineering, or Finance

Working Model:

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
