- Lead financial growth of the store, year over year.
- Lead the sales floor and drive store results through the store team.
- Drive a primary focus on bras as the premier product differentiator and develop a "Best at Bras" culture; build the brand by cultivating loyalty.
- Be a role model, coach and develop bestinclass selling behaviours.
- Set visual merchandising expectations to brand standards, ensure brand consistency that impact the customer experience and maximize overall business results.
- Ensure the operations of the store are executed with excellence.
- Accountable for the development of associates' product knowledge which in turn, enable high performance selling.
- Influence and inspire associates to unlock individual potential for extraordinary selling and productivity results.
- Own workforce management, including talent productivity decisions, write the weekly schedule and ensure state specific compliance.
- Accountable for the selection and development of top talent within the total store.
- Responsible for the talent life cycle of direct reports, including recruitment, hiring, on boarding, training, development, performance management, terminations and succession planning.

RM5, RM6,500.00 per month
