Description
Assist the Management team and support the FOH team

  • Manage Les Bouchons Malaysia Wine program
  • Conduct Wine training to the team
  • Manage all operation aspects of restaurant during "Duty Manager Shift"
  • Development of the brand's strategy and operations
  • Wine and Beverage Stock control (orders, inventory, consumption, etc)
  • Ensure that quality of food and service are maintained and in line with Les Bouchons standards
  • Lead and cooperate towards the company's marketing campaigns
  • Coach and guide team members to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Recommend effective solutions to increase outlet sales and operations performance
  • Review business performance reports on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Liaise with suppliers, coordinate deliveries, manage problems with deliveries, coordination with Supply Chain Department, etc.
  • Liaise with internal and eternal parties to ensure smooth operation
Work Closely with BOH department.


Salary:
RM4, RM6,500.00 per month
