Assist the Management team and support the FOH team- Manage Les Bouchons Malaysia Wine program
- Conduct Wine training to the team
- Manage all operation aspects of restaurant during "Duty Manager Shift"
- Development of the brand's strategy and operations
- Wine and Beverage Stock control (orders, inventory, consumption, etc)
- Ensure that quality of food and service are maintained and in line with Les Bouchons standards
- Lead and cooperate towards the company's marketing campaigns
- Coach and guide team members to achieve sales and profit targets
- Recommend effective solutions to increase outlet sales and operations performance
- Review business performance reports on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Liaise with suppliers, coordinate deliveries, manage problems with deliveries, coordination with Supply Chain Department, etc.
- Liaise with internal and eternal parties to ensure smooth operation
Salary:
RM4, RM6,500.00 per month
